Donald Trump has crossed the Rubicon on the baby carriage.

The US President has reportedly crossed the line into the wild, and is now officially no longer in charge of the country.

The President has tweeted that he will not be attending the White House Correspondents Dinner, which has become a tradition since the end of the 2016 presidential campaign.

Instead, Mr Trump is attending a private reception with his family and friends at his Palm Beach estate.

The White House has issued a statement confirming Mr Trump’s decision.

“After careful consideration and deliberation, President Trump has decided to not attend the White Houses Correspondents’ Dinner,” the statement said.

“This decision was made after consultation with family and close friends.”
