The team will wear the “L” logo in the new arena, and Niskancamp and his teammates will wear it in their jerseys.
The Stanley Cup won’t be the only trophy the Leafs will have in their new home.
The NHL is expected to unveil a new logo for the NHLPA in the coming days.
The new logo will likely replace the old one that was used during the 2016 season, according to Sportsnet.
The logo will be blue, and the colors will likely be blue-and-white.
The team’s name will also be changed.
The Maple Leafs are one of three new teams joining the NHL in 2018.
The Detroit Red Wings and Columbus Blue Jackets join the league next season.
